Consulting Demystified is RCCA's flagship introductory event built to break down what consulting actually is for students new to the field. The event doubles as a first look at RCCA itself, including our mentorship program, pro-bono projects, and the broader Rotman Commerce consulting community.

CONSULTING VS FINANCE WITH RCFA
January - March 2027 (reg. to final round)
Designed to introduce students to two of the most prominent industries in business. Attendees will hear presentations from both RCCA and RCFA mapping out career pathways, and have the opportunity to hear personal experiences when engaging in open networking with club representatives.

TORONTO CONSULTING CONFERENCE

The 2026 Toronto Consulting Conference is RCCA’s flagship full-day consulting conference designed to help UofT students explore opportunities and the nature of consulting. This is an event that allows them to practice core skills and connect with firm professionals directly. The event is positioned as the largest annual student-run consulting conference in Toronto including components such as workshops, panels, networking sessions etc.

The Bain Case Competition provides students with an opportunity to apply structured problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation skills to a real-world business challenge. Participants will develop consulting-relevant skills while receiving direct feedback from Bain & Company consultants and recruiters.
